Due to the resignation of Grizzil, from the Lt. Governor's position, the position is now vacant. All members at the last practice were made aware of the emergency election that will be held on May 19th. This coming Saturday, we will accept nominations for the person to fill this position, we will hold the nominations open until the 16th, on these forums, nominations will be closed so that myself and the Scribe can go about planning for the election.

It is possible for a current member of the Command Council to be nominated and win the position, if this happens we will continue holding nominations and elections until all positions are filled. That being said each position should be filled while the person whom you feel can perform the job to its fullest.

All active members will be allowed to participate in this election. It is important that the position be filled to ensure that the other members of the Command Council can start introducing any elected officials into their respective positions.

EDITTED due to the fact that our bylaws are set up ensure a speedy election, and the fact that members were made aware of the pending election, the date has been changed for the official vote to the 19th. On the previous schedule we have a possibility of not getting the elections done for several months, which could hold up the development done for the realm.
